Sandy Fennell | Associate, Senior Designer

Ms. Fennell is a Senior Designer and Associate at Devereaux and Associates, P.C. She was the senior designer and project manager for Builder Magazine’s Lifestages House, which was built in California, transported to Dallas and reassembled on the floor of the 1999 International Builder Show. The concept behind the design of this home was to allow the homeowner to “age in place” and was one of the highlights of the convention. Her extensive work in active adult design has been recognized by winning three Builder’s Choice Grand Awards in the past two years for Thorndike’s Chatham at Pine Hills, Thorndike’s Red Mill Village Community and the Red Mill Village Meeting House as well as numerous NAHB 50 + Council Gold and Silver Awards.
